Who is LEAD?
LEAD reignites in 2023 thanks to the dedicated efforts of a local working group of community, civic and business leaders. Facilitated by Emma McNerney, from Euphorium with funding from Geraldton Community Bank, and in partnership with Regional Development Australia Mid West & Gascoyne, Mid West Development Commission, Mid West Ports, Lara Dalton MLA, the Mid West Chamber of Commerce and Industry and NACC NRM. Program content is provided by civic, business and community leaders and members; the structure and components outlined in the table below. The model of LEAD is developed for expansion into other industries, locales and requirements for self-delivery.
Acknowledging Ngala as the incubator and original host organisation of this program and Jenny Allen as a key contributor to the original model.
